  Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet. Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.
