  Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet. Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent.   We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. - It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning.

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It's proximity to the La Praille mall proved to be an advantage because i didn't have to go very far to find a variety of restaurants.
