We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Sabine, and the apartment was spotless and modern, with very high quality fittings. We had a wonderful holiday, and will return next year. - What's not to like! The apartment was in immaculate condition and well appointed, its like a brand new residence. Sabine was friendly and relaxed allowing the use of a garage to store our motorcycles. A fantastic apartment in a great location.

  Having stayed at the hotel previously and arriving very late in the evening the night porter was very efficient and the need to register on arrival was not necessary as details were available from the last visit.   Location was outstanding in the middle of old town Lucern. Getting there was very easy by car and a car park right across the street from the hotel. Great restaurants and pastry shops close by so you don't need to have dinner or breakfast at the hotel if you don't want. Wifi was fast. Bed was comfortable and large as was the bathroom. The price was so much cheaper for the quality and loca - We stayed in room 402, which was one of the rooms with a balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Close to all major sights and train station, but all the shops are on the other side of the river. Although we did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, is looked very nice and were full every night. Will definitly recommend the hotel to budget travellers!!
