Having stayed at the hotel previously and arriving very late in the evening the night porter was very efficient and the need to register on arrival was not necessary as details were available from the last visit. The hotel is clean and very hospitable and I would recommend it and will certainly return to the hotel next time I vist Lucerne. - Peter

Good location - right next to the Hauptbahnhof and very near to Kapellbrucke. The room is comfortable and just the right size. The car park is in the back which is very convenient (the prior reservation is required). - Anonymous
