The best aspect of this hotel is that it is about 5 minutes walk to the
gondola or a little more to the train station. It has an area for your
skis and a warm room for your ski boots. The staff was very nice and the

I've been going to different places in the alpes for six consecutive years now and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at (regardless of number of stars)!

Luzern is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there. We had a good
sized room and the staff were very helpful. Parking is underneath the
hotel. It was a better than the average Ibis. The train station is only
a 7 min walk from the hotel and it takes only 4 min to get into Luzern.
The hotel is only a short drive from the Mt Pilatus cable car.

Very clean and comfortable. This hotel is 7 mins walk (in the direction
to a car showroom, a large white tent) from Kriens Mattenhof train
station, just one stop from Lucerne central station. Mount Pilatus is
very near, you can reach by a bus to the funicular point of mt. Pilatus.

This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting. The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Economical and child friendly with a small play area outside, TV with english channels and free wireless internet. Kitchenette was small but functional. Stephanie was helpful.
