  Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Facilities were amazing, indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi, sauna a... what people say » reas, steam room, massage rooms, relaxation room.. - A very high quality, and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!

  Actually not a complaint of the hotel but on arrival, reception did not have our "Confirmed" booking from letsbookhotel.com However, they soon found a room for us even though they were officially fully booked. - Though a little out of the village the leafy location and stunning view from the room made it worth the extra walk.
