  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  It was a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Special mention has to be made about Daniel Koester, Owner and Manager who personally welcomed us. The hotel saw to it that we lacked for nothing. The hotel is sheer elegance, the interiors soothing and at the same time luxurious. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!

  Actually not a complaint of the hotel but on arrival, reception did not have our "Confirmed" booking from letsbookhotel.com However, they soon found a room for us even though they were officially fully booked. - Though a little out of the village the leafy location and stunning view from the room made it worth the extra walk.
