  Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast.   The receptionist is extremely kind to me, very patient to answer all my questions and also gives me great recommendations on where to see in Zurich. - very helpful staff. We had a problem with the bed and it was resolved in 5 five minutes, they changed us room, with no discussion.
