  The homely feel that the hotel had, lovely big dog that was beside the reception occasionaly and the big fire in the restaurant at dinner time. The staff were great, friendly people, very warm and welcoming. Although not all staff spoke English, we found one of the girls did and she was very helpful, everyone else was still very friendly towards us... what people say » . - The hotel owners were fantastic! They were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and accomodating. They made the stay and hotel!

  Staff pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool enjoyed by the kids. Restaurant excellent. Ski school very good. - It was very convenient: in the centre of the village and very close to the ski bus bringing to the slopes.

  Staff, particularly Sonia, were very welcoming and friendly. Location is a ski town in winter, very scenic. Restaurant a block away, the Anker, had fabulous weinerschnitzel! - Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We had a lovely room with balcony. Bed was comfortable. Very clean and modern room.
