The homely feel that the hotel had, lovely big dog that was beside the reception occasionaly and the big fire in the restaurant at dinner time. The staff were great, friendly people, very warm and welcoming. Although not all staff spoke English, we found one of the girls did and she was very helpful, everyone else was still very friendly towards us. The hotel owners were fantastic! They were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and accomodating. They made the stay and hotel!.
