The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a business trip and found the staff very helpful and accomodating - loaned me an umbrella, etc. Continental breakfast was also very nice, with fresh croissants and a good selection. I stayed here because the other hotels were outrageously expensive during the week in Geneva and there were 2 UN conferences so much was booked out. It turned out to be fine. The location is very central. Close to the lake, so with just a few steps, you can have a fantastic view of the lake. Price is a value for money (considering how Switzerland is very expensive) because the room is very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do ask them for a city bus pass cause that helped us a lot!
