Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Arrived early but they arranged early check in. It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. I don't normally book Ibis Hotels as there rooms are ridiculously small, but this one was quite the opposite, enough room to have suitcases in without tripping over them, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable , staff very friendly, very convenient as it's close to airport and train station , food at restaurant was also quite nice

It's an Ibis, so you can usually guarantee that you'll be reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size. (Got a Smart Deal with letsbookhotel.com). Compared to the general cost of hotels in Geneva it was a fair price (but nothing's cheap in Switzerland). Continental break

All of the staff was helpful and welcoming. The beds were more comfortable than expected. Very clean rooms. Provided free public transportation passes for our entire stay. Free Wifi throughout the hotel.

The location is very central. Close to the lake, so with just a few steps, you can have a fantastic view of the lake. Price is a value for money (considering how Switzerland is very expensive) because the room is very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do ask them for a city bus pass cause that helped us a lot!

All the staff were good and the the male manager/proprieter was exceptionally helpful and freindly. I felt very welcome at the hotel and will certainly stay there again when next I visut Geneva - Friendly staff
