  The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The person who let us into the apartment carried our luggage up three flights and spent time giving us information about the trains, etc. The apartment is... what people say » in a great location, and it gives you the feel of really living in Zurich. I would recommend getting a Sim Card for your i-phone when you arrive, so - This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. There is no front desk and no on-site parking, but the staff is accessible via phone and there

Zurich station, like Bern and Luzern, is quite nice with street level platforms (or escalators), a Tourist Information Office, and lots of underground shopping. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice very good. Easy walking distance to main station and the Zurich Lake. Ferries also very accessible. Very enjoyable stay.

Excellent selection of foods at buffet breakfast, perfectly located, clean and very comfortable room, clean throughout the hotel, room was quiet when windows were closed (we were there late October so weather is not hot), definately recommend this hote... what people say » l and will gladly stay there again. - The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, the location was terrific (smack in the middle of the main street in th old town), and the breakfast was very nice with the option of courtyard seating.   What a great hotel! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, with nice decor. We had a wonderful view down the river, and overlooking wonderful Zurich.   Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).
