  Great location and very helpful staff with rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location is right by the train station but tucked away on a quiet street so you have the convenience of being near all transportation but without all the noise. A good central location for both Basel and getting to ... what people say » and from France, Germany and other Swiss cities. - The staff were very helpful, knowledgable, eager to please, sympathetic to your requirements. The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel. The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere. ( I didn't experience lunch or dinner)

  The staff at Hotel Schlussel Binningen were the best I have ever experienced at a hotel! They were friendly, helpful and accommodating in every respect. They all went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful vacation in Basel. They helped us with directions, special food requests in the restaurant, and details on how to ride the tram ... what people say » system. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends! - Very friendly staff, Niccola, Sarah and the gentleman at the breakfast bar.   Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit ... what people say » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

  Hotel was clean and modern with good sized rooms and excellent bathroom/shower. I liked the fridge in the bedroom as I could store snacks and drinks for two small kids - also the coffee section in the reception was useful. My son liked the billiards and table football ! The car park was convenient as was the Stucki shopping mall. We also liked t... what people say » he steak restaurant attached to the hotel. - This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 20 minutes tram ride to Basel. For my liking the hotel bar could do with not closing at midnight. There is a good free Tea/Coffee making machine in the hotel lobby. I believe that this is a good hotel to stay at for both business and leisure, we would stay here again.
