Everything about the hotel and my stay was very satisfactory. The staffwas friendly and very helpful. It was good to be back in Switzerland!. Nice room for good price. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Internet WiFi access was of qood quality and easy to use. The free shuttle bus was great - especially at 5am in the morning! The room was clean and comfortable. The room was immaculate and the location was fabulous for travelers departing from the airport. Not only was it close, it was in a remarkably quiet location and close to some great restaurants.

It is harder and harder to travel with liquids and you expect to have these items in your room. internet access should be free, and should be faster. Overpriced for the value rec'd perhaps.I had a room with 3 beds, however, the 3rd bed was smaller than the other two and there were 3 adults staying. Beatifull summer day but the Restaurants/Bar did not want to serve customers outside on the terrace (very poor!).The night was cold, and the cover on the bed was skimpy. My wife and I kept pulling the cover off each other. While the room was adequate, it had very little character. OK to sleep there, but you would not want to spend much time in it. However, it fulfils the requirement of an airport hotel. 1 pillow each, I am a 2 pillow kinda guy, bedding was very basic. breakfast time on Sunday morning is different from rest of the week, the staff told me incorrectly at check in.......it changed my schedule. The water was running out of the shower basen and the floor was all wet. Bed is not confortable...
