  We found it very easy to get to because of the airport shuttle and very comfortable upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly even when our flight was delayed.   They checked us in even though we arrived early in the morning. The room was comfortable and spacious; very near to the train station; easy access and nice having the airport shuttle. They allowed us to store one big luggage in their store and to retrieve it when we return to collect it 9 days later.   They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). The rooms are super clean, and the place has a modernist cool-hotel look. It was very easy to stay there.

  We used the Ibis Messe as our overnight spot before flying out of Zurcih the next morning. It was a perfect spot. The shuttle was easy to spot at the airport, the driver courteous. Can't say enough good things about the friendly, sociable staff. Hotel clean.  Breakfast buffet superb.  Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains.
