  I stayed here because the other hotels were outrageously expensive during the week in Geneva and there were 2 UN conferences so much was booked out. It turned out to be fine. I booked a double room, as that was all that was available, and thus had actually a corner room with 3 windows and plenty of space. The hotel is plain and functional. It was... what people say » ok as I was there for 2 nights on business and just needed a bed and a clean place to stay. The location near the train station is excellent so easy - The location is very central. Close to the lake, so with just a few steps, you can have a fantastic view of the lake. Price is a value for money (considering how Switzerland is very expensive) because the room is very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do ask them for a city bus pass cause that helped us a lot!

  All the staff were good and the the male manager/proprieter was exceptionally helpful and freindly. I felt very welcome at the hotel and will certainly stay there again when next I visut Geneva - Friendly staff

  Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Arrived early but they arranged early check in. It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport. It is nearby (you can walk over the bridge if you know your way) but it is an awkward place to reach if you ... what people say » do not know the area so it is good Ibis finance a regular shuttle. - I don't normally book Ibis Hotels as there rooms are ridiculously small, but this one was quite the opposite, enough room to have suitcases in without tripping over them, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable , staff very friendly, very convenient as it's close to airport and train station , food at restaurant was also quite nice

  This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Geneva. We found it very easy to get to from the airport by bus using our free public transport ticket. Getting into Geneva was very straightforward by tram which was close to the hotel. The hotel was warm, spotlessly clean, rooms were a good size, beds very comfortable and the breakfast... what people say » was fresh and nicely displayed. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. - Nice little hotel with super friendly staff. Just what you need. If you are looking for even more affordable stay, check out the "Ibis Budget" next door. I stayed at both and the Budget is just a little bit less comfortable but around 35% cheaper. However, if Internet sales make the difference much smaller - go for this one.

  An easy 25 minute walk from the main railway station, or you can catch tram 12 which goes just near the hotel. We walked the distance both ways with our luggage and found it pleasant walk, but this I guess does depend on the amount of luggage... Finding the hotel was a little confusing as the number 2 in the address refers to the doorway at the st... what people say » reet level which you must enter but there is no sign of Hotel Central which is on the sixth floor! Catch the small lift to sixth floor and turn left a - Very good location in Old Town but rounded by trams that take you to every place in the city, also to the frontier with France. Further, you cross the Mount Blanc Pont and there is the Train Station (Cornavin) from where you depart to the airport (next station) and to many places in Switzerland and other countries. This is my second time in this hotel and would go back again in case I return to Geneva.

  I stayed at Geneva's busiest time and it was competitive. If it offers lower rates, the hotel obviously can't offer super everything but the things that were important to me - clean, newish bathroom, comfortable bed, good (continental) breakfast and fast free wifi in the rooms were all there. - Key system was different and nice.
