Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. I said that's okay would buy when I was out. 5 min later as I finished my breakfast I was offered still or sparkling water in bottle to take. now that's service! Highly recommend.
all reviews » Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately. I love everything about this hotel. It is close to everything you want. The room was clean and nice, very comfortable bed , staff are so kind and carring , Location is excellent. If I go to Geneva again I will stay in in this hotel for sure. I loved everything about this hotel. Location is superb. Design is special. Cleanliness is spotless. Service is outstanding. Atmosphere is classy. Breakfast is great, with very fresh quality products. Honestly, an excellent hotel. In Geneva we also stayed at the Manderin Oriental a very nice 5 star hotel. Eastwest compares better at less than half price! The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean comfortable and well designed. Very comfortable room with luxurious bed. Large bathroom with spacious shower. Central location. Short walk to train station and old town shopping area. Breakfast wasn't included in the package and quite honestly, it was expensive to buy. We just stocked up on cereal and milk from the grocery store across the street. nothing not to like but I would have enjoyed a bathtub. The decoration is not our style. Prefer more milk in the room for coffee. Nothing!. Smell in the rooom was a bit unpleasant. Room size a bit small and no place to set for 2 people in the room except the bed. Nothing!. nothing to complain about. Breakfasts expensive and not very good. Staff not very attentive at breakfast time. Not enough coffee in rooms.
