I had a sigh of relief when we arrived that it wasn't as bad as the reviews said, reviews I unfortunately read after I booked the reserv. Staff was very helpful. We could walk to train station and to the lake. as with all the hotels we have booked through your service the hotel was exactly as advertised - well done- the location is second to none. The location to the old and new sections of the city as very good.

Bathroom It's true that this hotel is in "red lights" street, but it wasn't problem for us, we met only one girl there. The neighbourhood of the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs however I felt fairly safe. At night the noise from the street was terrible, because the location of the hotel is in a street full of bars of the worst kind...We didnt dare to go out of the hotel at night because it was very frightening...Bed was relatively uncomfortable. perhaps not the best area, especially for a family or single female traveller as this was obviously the centre of the red light district ..hence the bargain price for a 4* hotel. A bit noisy at night as it's in a particularly lively area but it didn't worry us at all. The internet access was expensive. Should be free wi-fi. over-heated room and after-hours street noise. Nothing specific. No milk is given in the tea set in the room on arrival.The street was full of prostitutes!. The hotel is in the Red Light area. the price?. Surrounding...The bed was runcomfortable. It just so happened that Nash Ville is located in the small red light district that Geneva has, so it was a bit loud at night. The area was safe and I still thought it was pretty nice (especially the value) but it can make some people uneasy to see prostitutes on corners...you need to specify a double room otherwise you end up with a twin room. Coffee and sugar but no kettle or milk in room. One night there was a lot of noise from the street. Stairs at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast overpriced so went to a cafe instead. Some mould/damp in bathroom, didn't really affect me but could do with painting or treating in some way! Some noise in street outside hotel even in early hours of morning.I was afraid when I read the reviews about NashVille hotel but once there I did not find the location that bad, people on these reviews must be a bit too delicate... ;-). High cost of parking. Although we mentioned at the time of booking that we will be travelling with 3 children but it was when we arrived at the hotel that we were told that we can't sleep in the room and have to pay extra to get upgraded. lift is too small. The location is excellent, the problem is that I was traveling with my children and the street of the hotel at night was full of prostitutes. If you provide that information is optional for the guest to choose or not the hotel, but I didn't like the omission of that important fact. The buffet breakfast was small, but ok. I would have liked to see some high-fibre cereal though.coffe (nestcafe) should be there for each day. car parking not support.The scene of girls at every corner nearby on the streets looking for customers might bother some "families". Its pretty safe though and almost a normal scene. I asked for an adapter for the laptop, and I had to buy it from a machine for 12 Euros. No room service. Just sandwiches from the machine.
