We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.

Pretty well everything - One of the nicest small hotels we ever visited. Great staff, excellent and cosy restaurant/bar, and spaceous rooms/bathrooms. Vicinity to the railway-station with efficient connections to a whole range of hiking/skiing locations is a big asset. Great value for money, and the best choice to avoid an overpriced St Moritz.

The family receptionists! When we arrived dogged tired at 10pm, we were greeted warmly by the elder of the Stamatakis brothers and shown to our nice, comfortable and warm looking room. We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people).
