The location of the hotel is great.You walk one minute and you are at the ski lifts. One more minute and you are at Yves Saint Laurent shop :)). Very close to the train station. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Excellent staff. They help you in every way they can.The rooms are very clean. The rooms get turned down for the evening. Great view from the windows. In short we were very satisfied with the hotel and we got a very good deal at LetsBookHotel.com.
all reviews » The hotel was centrally located in the shopping district and the shuttle came to the train station quickly. We were upgraded to junior suites upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very, very spacious and comfortable. The bar facilaties, as well as breakfast were both wonderful.The suite we stayed in was beautiful with an amazing view and the staff was exceptionally courtious, professional, helpful and friendly -- of the 8 hotels we stayed in in Austria, Italy and Switzerland, they were the best. Happy hour bar tender.Great location. Great concoierge services.The staff were very nice and helpful. The upgrade from standard room to a suite was a nice surprise. No vegeterian food in the restaurant. Only italian and german channels on TV.Had a room on the 2nd floor facing the cathedral, the noise and voices from the people on the pedestrian mall was very loud ( was bouncing off the other buildings); could not keep the windows open at night. The BGM in the bar was a little too loud.- small room (single room), room fixture pretty basic, no room temperature setting, small bath room, free w-lan only in lobby.
