The hotel is stunning and the garden bedroom incredibly spacious and furnished with great taste. The bathroom is impressive by its size. The food is incredibly good and the staff and services more than excellent. It's conveniently located near the airport. Only small deception with the swimming pool and its blurry water. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the nicest hotel that I had ever stayed. The rooms are relatively large and it is located neaby the beach, which is walkable distance from this hotel, besides, the stuff members are all kind and did best that they could do. I was happy that i was able to stay in this hotel. -

The hotel is a realy nice choice, we have spent 4 nights there and the location is very good away from the noise, room and bathroom sizes are realy big, I would realy recommend this hotel for honeymoon couple although it is a bit expensive. The staff is vey nice and my children loved them. The pool is huge for people who like swimming. -

Manoj (the manager of this rental house) picked us up at the airport for a small fee even if it was in the middle of the night. He is very helpful and polite. And he even cooked delicious noodles for us which we very much appreciated.
This airport villa is great if you have to wait for your flight. Its really worth the money.

Loooovely guesthouse, it made us feel like at home:) Cozy place with interesting shop, friendly and client sensitive receptionist (thank you Nathalan, so sorry, if I am mistaken), who was extremely nice checking us out in 3:30 a.m.(!!!!), packed up breakfast with us, offerred tea, coffee (even breakfast time begins at 7:30 a.m.) and organized transfer to the airport. It was very convenient in that early morning and makes us feel very comfortable out there!

Excellent - clean, comfortable and value for money. Close to the airport which makes it ideal for those like us who had to catch an early flight. Specious villa with two rooms and well equipped Kitchen and clean toilet/bathrooms. Swimming pool is a great thing for the hot weather. Kids love the pool.

All in all, is a cool place and best value ever, absolutely recommendable guesthouse! -
We needed to be in Negombo for a wedding and this guest house was good value for money. The room was cleaner than expected and the owner was able to welcome us at 2am in the morning. There is a cafe serving breakfast right next door so don't worry about it being bed only. It was worth walking the streets in the evening as lots of restaurants and trinket shops are open. Overall a nice place to stop for 1 night.
