  The host Chamith is a nice and friendly person. The pickup he arranged is good, reliable and punctual. The location is very convenient, just next to a supermarket. Everything within walking distance and choice of restaurant around. But this is not the choice for you if you want to stay for several nights and enjoy the beach. My two year old daughter who was a littlre apprehensive of her new surroundings was given balloons and was made comfortable by the friendly Mr. Chamit. A delightful little place with many nooks and crannies to explore for young children.

  -Mr Roshan, the owner was excellent. -Mr Roshan was filling in while his staff was on leave for 2 days. -The place was not far from the Airport the taxi ride was 1500 LKR, approx 15USD. -When we arrived at 0500 we called and he came and opened the locked gate infront of the building, so nice to know that securtiy is present. -Roshan easily and wi... what people say » th out hestitation switched our room to a smaller room on arrival when we requested. -As we arrived early am, and we asked for a smaller room, Roshan - Loooovely guesthouse, it made us feel like at home:) Cozy place with interesting shop, friendly and client sensitive receptionist (thank you Nathalan, so sorry, if I am mistaken), who was extremely nice checking us out in 3:30 a.m.(!!!!), packed up breakfast with us, offerred tea, coffee (even breakfast time begins at 7:30 a.m.) and organized transfer to the airport. It was very convenient in that early morning and makes us feel very comfortable out there!

  The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The food was also fabulous and beautifully presented. I had planned to eat at Lords on the second night but it was closed - I had no qualms at all about just heading back to the hotel and eating there. Nice little pool too, just not very big for swimming in. - It was in a good location, close to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Overall it was a very relaxing holiday and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would come back again!
