Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Outstanding Service: Jinsin was the only staff available and attending to us and all the other guests in the villa during our stay. He was extremely polite, helpful and catered to our several different requests enthusiastically. At the end of our stay we tried to reward him with a generous tip however he refused to accept and only asked for a good review. Instead of "going out" (quite a difficult task in Sri Lanka), we spent evenings on the balcony, with chipmunks and fireflies. It is a house converted into a hotel. Rooms are big.provided drinking water, milk, tea bags and sugar for tea making. Did our laundry at a very reasonable price. Only one staff but always there when we needed him. Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable well equipped rooms with fridge, good a/c and sat. TV. in a very nice villa with a small, but nice green garden. Very quiet neighbourhood for Colombo. Not many eating opportunities around (minus an McD, a KFC and a bakery). Bit difficult to find first time. Even taxi guy had to go round several times before he could find it. A bit awkward to find and quite a distance from everything ( except the Zoo). Close to bus to the center though, and you can easily get a Tuk-Tuk. Don't expect a tuk-tuk driver from center to find it without directions. The location is not ideal, being in a small hard to find street in busy Nugegeda. We had a standard room which was a little dark, saw the room at the front and would recommend paying slightly more for the upgrade. A little far out of main town colombo, but we liked the area, only 30 minutes on a bus to town. Villas are a little difficult to find. Takes some time to get to the hotel from the City Centre. Google Maps was of great help. Location was good for catching express bus down to galle but a long way out from Colombo centre. The place was not easily located by taxi drivers as it is in a small lane. Calling in advance is advised. a little walk to main road, no eurapean restaraunts in this area. Wi-fi connection is not good. The location was very much off the beaten track for tourists. Jenin is an excellent part of your team but he seems to be stressed out with lack of adequate staff. Therefore, more staff would mean equal allocation of work to all. It is not enough that we are comfortable but we also like to see your staff comfortable too!. Breakfast included would be nice and it was a little far from Colombo attractions. location not very good - far from FORT. bus №138 - 30 min. The villa is 11 km from the city centre and not easy to find for the tuk tuk drivers. 30 min from everywhere. there is no mosquito killer, so you have to sleep under cold A/C or let the mosquitoes enjoy with your body. Breakfast could be slightly improved. booking only in USD possible. The room missed some basic things such as the batjroom didnt have a soap or slippers or a robe. Things which are standard in most bnb places. The place is a bit out of the way in a residential colony away from most attractions and hard to find. But if you are only in colombo fod a night and need a cost effective place to stay it's worth it. Parts of it were still under renovation, didn't have water for about an hour in the evening when we were having a bath, location is out of the way if one wants to visit the usual sights or shopping areas in Colombo. When we arrived stuff told us our room was not available, needed to wait for the last visitor check out. They gave us another room. But till us checked out they haven't told us to change the room. Furniture could use a fresh up. It is getting a bit old and shabby..
