the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was situated very well for both the beach and the city centre and had beautiful views out over the hemispheric. The hotel amenities were above average for a 4 star hotel and the pool was a refreshing way to relax after a busy day siteseeing. Location was ideal for visiting city of Arts and Sciences.Room was great, stuff very competent.
