Its central location and close to metro for journey to and from airport. The staff, especially the breakfast diningroom staff, were very kind.Only stayed one night, but service was efficient and professional. it was very central, right beside metro stop (Colon) and beside busy shopping street. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, there was quite a lot of noise from the street at night time. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was a 5 min walk away from the Railway Station and in the middle of a main shopping street. The metro was a couple of mins away and everything was within a short walking distance.Staff were helpful. Room was very clean ,comfortable and it was in a good location. Nice hotel extremely close to the city center and the metro. Good level of silence even if the road has heavy traffic. If I had to go back to Valencia I would go there again.Close to train station as only in Valencia is it a good area and closeto the center. your Hotel was good and in the middle of the center. the location of the hotel in respect of the Fallas. Very bad acoustic isolation.Hotel staffs not welcoming at all especially night shift, and the check-in day i have to wait about 5 minutes till he shown up. Staff did not speak English. a little bit noisy due to compressors in the central yard and not very varied breakfast. Traffic noise in the early morning.Very thin un-soundproofed walls between the rooms.No staff to help witrh luggage. nosy air condition fan in the room - we had to stop it during the night to be able to sleep. We couldn't order a hot drink to have in the room and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room itself. Unfortunately extremely noisy in room...works going on in hotel (renovation?). Plumbing extremely noisy whenever anyone had a shower felt like pipes were going to explode!. Pleasant room, but there was no natural light. The window looked out on to a very small enclosed courtyard and having the lights on in the room all the time added to the heat and we had to use the air conditioning to regulate the temp. There were also some loose tiles on the bathroom floor. As we were only staying for three days the above did not, however, spoil our visit. I missed someone to speak either english, french or german with.Had problems with the safe that didn't lock and after 4 visits to the resception with got the batteries missing.

The hotel is approximately 10 km from Valencia Airport and taxis are readily available from just outside the airport.

By Car (from the south):
- Once in Valencia, follow the signs for Centro Ciudad towards the city centre and head towards Avenida de Marqués del Turia.
- Continue on Avenida de Marqués del Turia and take the 4th turning on the left onto Calle de Isabel la Católica (by the Restaurante VIP’s, which is on the corner).
- Continue up Calle de Isabel la Católica and, at the end of the street, turn left onto Calle de Cristobal Colón, where the hotel is located.

By Car (from the north):
- Once in Valencia, follow the signs for Centro Ciudad towards the city centre and head towards Avenida de Aragón (you will pass the Mestalla football stadium on the right-hand side).
- Continue along Avenida de Aragón until you reach the bridge (Puente de Aragón) and cross over the old riverbed of the Turia river.
- Continue on to the Avenida de Marqués del Turia and, at the 3rd set of traffic lights (by the Starbucks coffee shop), turn right on to Calle de Isabel la Católica.
- Continue up Calle de Isabel la Católica and, at the end of the street, turn left onto Calle de Cristobal Colón, where the hotel is located.

By Car (from the airport):
- Leave the airport and follow the signs towards Valencia.
- Once you enter Valencia, continue on Avenida del Cid and follow the signs for Centro Ciudad towards the city centre until you reach Plaza de España.
- From Plaza de España, follow the road as it bends to the right, carry on through the underpass and continue on to Avenida de Marqués del Turia.
- Continue on Avenida de Marqués del Turia and take the 4th turning on the left onto Calle de Isabel la Católica (by the Restaurante VIP’s, which is on the corner).
