Apartment is big and very clean.
1 bedroom is attached to another, no privacy for this bedroom.
Location is great.
Office staff was excellent and supportive.
Parking on the street is a problem. You should pay the extra to get a parking place if you come with a car.
Excellent apartment; spacious and well maintained, just a 15 min walk from the centre! Parking was ideal and there is a small market & pharmacy on the same road.. We really enjoyed staying here & will be back..all reviews »
Excellent appartment for stay in Valencia. Friendly and Helping Personal.
Appartment was very comfortable for nine of us. Kitchen was well equiped.

5.OLD BUILDING BUT LATELY RENOVATED APPARTMENT.
Air condition is only partially.
Bathroom and Toilet doors are transparent. Need to put something for privacy.
Water pressure required pump (which exist but not connected to electricity).
One of the bedrooms is only accessible through another double bedroom - which was perfect if u have kids but not ideal if you plan to have 4 couples - you should be informed of this..
Water in showers is with low pressure and changes from hot to cold all the time.
1.No change of the towels for five days!!!
2.CONTINUESLY DROP OFF OF WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION.
3.NO CLEANING FOR 5 DAYS (EXTRA CHARGE 30 EURO). SIMILAR APPARTMENTS OFFER THE CLEANING AT THE SAME PRICE.
