The rooms were clean and well suited for families. Will strongly recommend. Great value for the price and good clean rooms and well maintained. Comfort, good money for value rate, nice personnel, good location, clean apartment, free internet connection. Staff were efficient and charming . location good for centre andmotorway network and shopping for food. Full kitchen equipment. Free to make any food by ourselves. 2 separate rooms. Very good location.

Cleaned everyday, beautiful place, really nice couch !!. It was so close to the art and science centre, shopping centre, bus stops and public swimming pool. Lovely modern apartment, excellent size and facilites. Staff very helpful. The close proximity to the attractions in Valencia. These apartments are a great alternative to city hotels and are 1/3rd the price. The facilities are quite basic, but adequate; it would be cramped with 4 people. private parking, hotel location easy to find. Excellent staff , good value space , central and safe . Close to large shopping mall with Carrefour and tourist sights, no 35 bus for the old town stopped right outside. staff helpful and friendly. Towels changed daily and bins emptied.On arrival booked into a single bedroom flat but staff were very helpful and put that right. However the plates were dirty and there was no drying up cloth. Again, it's an aparthotel. Kitchen, free wifi, and free parking. 10 minutes walk to the Oceanographic. The location of the Apartments was very central. The beds were good.Location and car parking could walk to old town wi fi worked!!. Accessibility to a range of amenities, restuarants etc. The room was comfortable and clean and uncomplicated.Nice apartment. Maid service every day. Fantastic shower, linen change etc was efficient, very good wifi facility. noisy road below. Very noisy at night because of nearby street. Bad sleep.Place quite noisy along the big road...but not a big problem whenlooking the rest of the apartment !. The pillows - they were much to hard. Slightly far out from the central area, although number 35 bus stops right outside. Near to art centre and port. Depends where you'd rather be. Guests in the adjacent room were very noisy and kept us awake most of the evening and this spoilt our stay somewhat.Appt smelled of cigarettes and strong cleaning products . Web sight stated that their was satellite tv in the appartment, yes but the only english speaking channel was CNN news.A very strong smoking odor in a non smoking room. Being a fairly new complex was badly marked being an apartment wouldhave expected a washing machine. Very noisy at night because of the tiled floors, Walls thin. Walls paper thin, very noisy at best, not a great location for town centre although taxi's were readily available costing six euros.

By Bus:
Outside the main entrance to the bus station, take the number 95 bus and get off at the first stop: Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, opposite the Palau de les Arts. Avenida Instituto Obrero, where the apartments are located, is on the right-hand side.

By Train:
As you leave the train station, you will find Calle Marques de Sotelo. There is a bus stop 70 metres away. From the bus stop, you can catch the number 35 bus. The bus will take you to Avenida Instituto Obrero. There are 2 bus stops on Avenida Instituto Obrero, the apartments are just 50 metres from either stop.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 12 km from Valencia Airport and taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. The journey from the airport to the hotel should take about 20 minutes.

Alternatively, if you arrive at Valencia Airport between 06:00 and 23:30, the best way to get to the hotel is via the Metro. Take the Metro to Xativa Metro station. Xativa is very close to the train station. From Xativa follow the directions above regarding reaching the hotel from the train station. The journey by Metro will take about 20 minutes.

By Metro:
The closest Metro station to the hotel is Xativa, on Metro lines 3 and 5.

By Car:
- From any direction, follow the signs for the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias (Ciudad Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences), it is well sign posted from any motorway approaching Valencia.
- Once you arrive at the complex, the apartments are located just opposite the Palau de las Arts.
