We loved our room overlooking the square and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The two girls we met on the hotel staff were excellent,and we liaised with them easily by phone as no staff were on site after 12noon, until 9 the next morning. Great Location. No kitchen, but I knew it when I booked.A bit noisy on Saturday night, but this was due to its proximity to a fair taking place that night. Unfortunately the wood floors throughout the hotel made a lot of noise it was impossible to sleep once the first person was up. Floorbords creeked. Bit noisy if someone came in late or got up early so. Occasionally, a little noisy.Bit noisy at night. Think I would have preferred a hotel with breakfast included.The hotel does not have a reception therefore you have to arrange to meet for initial access to the hotel. This may not suit some people but did not particularly bother us. There was some noise, but with the very central location in the old town this was only to be expected. electric kettle could make it perfect - also because the hotel does not serve breakfast, street noise till late (on weekends till 5am in the morning), but it was ok when window was closed. That there was no facility for making a hot drink in the room, a smallelectric kettle would be great. no breakfast. I would have prefered bar facilities. No reception desk (you have to meet manager for room key), no elevator, a little hallway noise when people use the stairs, late night /early morning street noise including garbage trucks carries up to room--bring soft foam ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. It could be difficult getting your room at times if you are out with the hours when the hotel has staff present. However, the staff are very helpful and give some time will be there to get you registered.
