Very, nice and new appartment. Just next to Zurriola beach. Nice terrace with afternoon sun. The location is ideal, with loads of good restaurants in Gros and the old town just a short walk away. Great location with view of surfing beach.Modern,well equipped .Close to shops & restaurants.Master bedroom much nicer than other room.Good washer/dryer.Helpful staff at check in.

Great location - a block back from the beach and 10 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Well furnished and well equipped unit. San Sebastian is a beautiful city with great beaches, bars, restaurants, historic buildings and pintxos (tapas). Great view from the apartment. Great, roomy apartment in a location close to the beach and old town (5-10min walk). Communication and help from staff, location, cleanliness and appliances provided. Room was good. Difficult to find without good directions. Arrangements for picking up key - arrived on train from Barcelona at 9.10pm and had difficulty picking up key. Shower recess very slow draining and constantly flooded. Nothing. Getting luggage to the higher floors from the car park is a bit difficult as there didn't seem to be a lift from car park to the 1st floor. Freezer needed defrosting, no dishwasher or washing machine soap provided, no basic cooking ingredients like oil or spices provided. Apartment is not for people with a short stay from other countries who don't want to buy cooking ingredients. Price too much noting the above. No kettle for boiling water. Dishes had to be done in dishwasher or left to dry on bench as there were no tea towels and no draining rack. No partition on balcony between neighbours. Limited kitchen ustensils. Lack of basics such as kitchen towels, tray, Washing powder, etc. Staff would not book us for another night eventhough it was available! We asked them 4 times calling via international calls & they told us we had to go to booking .com to do it ...we were unable to amend our booking on the website so we had to leave! I think this is poor customer service!.
