We booked a room with private bath room and stayed in a perfect sized room with three doors leading to balconies. The staff was very friendly, no limited English. They helped us out with great spots to visit and we wanted to stay on a couple more days but they were fully booked. The location can be, as it is right in the centre of all the pinxo bars, but we were fine with ear plugs! The room had a small fridge, kettle and complimentary soaps.

We had two rooms together with a bathroom in a small passage way that could be closed off to make a cosy private area. Quiet. The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. One desk attendant didn't speak any English, but we got by; the other spoke very well which was a big help. The room was spotless and well-equipped. It was right in the middle of the old town, and very close to the conference centre. Room was clean, comfortable and everything is fully functional. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The chocolates on the bed when we arrived. Good central location which you pay for with a bit of noise of loud conversations from late night bar patrons passing by. Nice place to stay. Great shower. Complimentary instant coffee in the room was not replenished after the first day and cups, glasses we used were not cleared or washed. The towels were very small and scratchy - they should be replaced. When we arrived there was a half-empty water bottle in our mini-fridge. In our corner room, wifi didn't reach very far so we had to perch in our room's foyer to get a connection. A bit inconvenient but not the end of the world!. Outside could be a little noisy in the weekend nights, which was fine with us but might not be for those who want a very quiet room.The only complaint would be the street noise from the revelers, which is a small price to pay for the location and to be expected. Did not prevent me from sleeping through the night. . Walls pretty thin and expect lot of noise outside, pretty noisy city. Once you know this and bring earplugs its fine. nothing- there were no negative points. room was small & cramped. A bit expensive. toilet in separate room. Room slightly on the cosy side regarding size but nice nice balcony. Staff weren't always there. Shared bathroom. Noise at night was insane until 5am and then the cleaning on the street started at 6am. This comes with the location however a fan or air conditioning in the bedroom would have meant we could close the balcony doors which would have kept the sound out a bit. Room was way too small and right behind the main lobby front desk so loud when staff where in and not much privacy. The woman that works at the reception can't speak english. Photos are misleading. Tiny rooms.. Expensive (however, I can't compare with other places in the city).
