It looked exactly like the images on the internet. The staff were really friendly and helpful.It was a really nice location and was close to everything we wanted to do (including the main street and portaventura). Big and clean apartments, nice pools. Location great - a little away from the most busy streets. We had relaxing days and even used the laundry machine - very good in the middle of a 2-week holiday.
all reviews » The reception staff were excellent. We arrived a coupld of hours before we our check-in time but they arranged for us to get the room almost straight away. Lovely clean and modern apartment. Staff were very friendly. Facilities are great for kids. Good location, It is close to Portaventura. I would definitively stay there again. The appartment was lovely with all mods n cons air conditioning . Staff were helpful and welcoming. There was a playground for kids. The apartment was very good. Nice sitting room and balcony. Nice and quiet at nightime so the kids slept well. Excellent location, walking distance to town, beach and Port Aventura. Clean and well equipped. The same goes to every hotel and apartment: you can't choose your neighbours and their party times ;). Parking charges a bit steep - 9Euros/day. Not enough sunbeds around the pool. You had to ask for the loan (free) of kettle yet the kitchen had a coffee maker. Hill to the appartment was quite steep making it hard to reach with a toddler in a pram. There was no seperate toddler pool. The car park in apartment block 6 was very difficult to get the car into. I don't know why they designed it that way with a 180 degree turn on the access road. The place could do with a shop to purchase foodstuff, provisions, drinks, etc. Poor internet connection, been though it is a chargeable service... Very disappointing. Also no hair dryer. lack of playlot, poor acoustic isolation, hordes of ants. Would of been nice to have a toaster and kettle. Don't put family's in same block,we had groups of 18 to 30,s in our block,to much noise at early hours in morning.put all family's together, plus we had to pay for a cot to be put in apartment. A bit too far from the beach (difficult to go walking with baby), cleaning service of the room. Wi fi with charge and parking with charge. The size The Internet. Fir the price the aecond bedroom in the apartment was very poor. The main bedroom was spacious but the second was like a cave, dark and very small. During our stay we had to change apartments due to a party of 35 males staying in the same block whise behaviour was appauling. Did not expect this and it was right in the middle of our stay,. the room was dirty, there was no toilet paper' and not enough towels. we where in the lowest floor' with noise from the upper floors all night long. the staff was unpleasent. If you want to waste your money, do it somewhere else...we for sure would not visit this place again. We stayed in this apartment from 31/08 till 03/09. Everything was ok at first, but one day a lot of ants appeared in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Despite of that they tooks extra 30 Euros from my credit card for cleaning kitchen. We wanted to clean kitchen and throw garbage, but we could not do that, because ants were everywhere! It was really awfully! We could not touch something around, therefore I ask them to return the money and they doesn't answer for e-mail messages. Mikhail.
