Everything. Good accomodation contitions. I will return here in the next future time. The apartment as a whole was clean and spacious. In a nice area and easy walk to the centre of Salou. The pool was lovely but no sun beds available. You could ly out in the grass though. The apartment block has a security man 24 hours a day which was good. Very secure building.
Location was excellent although hard to find as not signposted Complejo
Riviera and bit difficult finding it from the map provided at reception
10 minutes away. Facilities were good, grounds and pool were nice and

Relatively quiet hotel, and spacious. Clean with very nice pool.
I liked the space in apartment that was all. The apartment block is not sign posted. Also the name of the apartment was only given to us the day we went. As there are more than 1 block in the Park. So make sure the taxi man knows exactly where to drop. As we took 40 minutes trying to find it!.
We were given the wrong keys to begin with so couldn't access the
apartment when we finally found it and had to traipse back to the
reception with our cases and children in tow at midnight! The night
porter then did select the right keys and escorted us back to our
apartment but a bit of a hassle for us all as we were tired from
travelling. We also had a very badly stained and marked bath which
didn't look particularly pleasant. If we had been staying longer I
would have complained.
Washing machine was broken, and no hot water plus no way to reach any staff to complain. Lack of presence of staff.
the apartment was very ran down bath was all glued with pink gunk ,shower head did not work ,only a few bulbs working for the lights. the staff in reception were not very helpfull at all we spent 2 hrs looking our apartment as they have some apartments beside reception but another five hotels suituated around salou were not helpfull at all we were glad we only arrived in the day as would have been a nightmare to find at night.
