I stayed here for one night with my 5 year old grandaughter before we met up with a large family party in a larger apartment in another hotel. It was great! It is very central, clean, safe and just what we needed for one night for 2 people. We booked a twin bedded room with ensuite facilities. Althought it was very basic, ie no TV, tea/coffee, kettle.....it was very clean and two seconds from the main Palma Nova beach, bus stop, restaurants, parks, bars etc. Roberto (the owner) was there all th.
all reviews » Great value, quiet and clean. Emma and Roberto run a tight ship, which makes it feel very secure. Great location a minute from the beach. Even though it's only 20 minutes walk or so from Magaluf and a couple of doors down from a late night bar we didn't experience any street noise nor, for that matter, any noise from drunken guests wanting to continue partying (probably due to the owners' security policies e.g. no non-hotel guests allowed up in the rooms). Thanks to Emma and Roberto for a lovel. Roberto was an excellent host and owner, nothing was an inconvenience and he consistently offered any help and support albeit with his wry sense of humour which I enjoyed. the room was excellent value for money , twins beds , en suite , balcony with a table and chairs, a dressing table and plenty of storage. I was very comfortable .I also felt very safe in the Roberto's. thabk you Roberto for all your courtesies. Basic rooms and facilities but clean. Owner, Roberto & daughter Emma were very friendly and funny. They couldn't help us enough with anything we needed; places to see, excursions, good place to eat, drink, local town, villages. Great hospitality from both. For basic rooms, great value, literally 100m from the beach, great location for bus route to Palma - this is perfect. The staff were great. The alcahol is a great price do while your waiting to go out you can have some drinks and relax and save money by not buying drinks from other bars. The beach is 1 min away and Palma beach is just unbeleivably beautiful!! If your going away with friends this is the place to go. The hostel is located very close to the beach - you only need to cross the street. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. The price could have been a little cheaper, but I guess your paying to Be next to Palma beach. We stayed in portals nous the day before and that is a millionaires paradise and we paid less for the hotel there. But it's not like the price was too much of an issue. Across the street near hostel is a disco club which was very noisy. Roberto took our ID cards in the evening, and in the morning he couldn´t find one of them. After a long search pulled it fallen from a box under the bar. No internet , you have to pay for the air conditionner , no fridge. noisy club across the street. hostel is very close to noisy club reflex. Must pay cash. Staff was weird. It was not possible to invite a friend to my foom for 10 minutes and they kept our id cards overnight. Also they charge for everything! Airconditioner should be included in room price not take 50€ to switch it on. Actually you can do it yourself in the room and dont even need a remote! They have wifi but you have to pay 20€ to get the password... Wtf. Owner of the hostal made a comment that our documents are in Barcelona but he can kill us for free. Thanks. rooms could have been cleaned more frequently. The additional payment for air-conditioner. the st. No reception,restaurant/bar was shut, given room at rear of building with a tiny balcony even though the hotel was empty. The toilet was faulty and leaking all over the floor every time it was flushed had to put up with that for 4 days. The staff were unbeliveable rude. The cleaner shouted at me in Spanish because I wasn't awake for the cleaning. Very unprofessional.
