Location, location, staff all very friendly, food basic but always found something I liked ( and so did my fussy husband) drinks strong always needed to get extra mixer. Weather amazing and short flight holiday overall 10/10 for price paid. the location is perfect for the beach and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. The service in the restuarant is brilliant with once again helpful and very friendly staff.

Friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Service at bars was prompt and friendly and the restaurant staff work so hard. Food was plentiful and excellent choice . The staff were extremely cheerful & obliging. Good room with excellent sea view. Entertainment finished by 11.30, so able to get a good nights sleep. value for money, and the excellent location. The staff were very very obliging at all times. and were obviously going beyond the call of duty. the hotel was clean and friendly, opposite the beach, food was ok but you do get what you pay for, its not 5*. would definetly go back again. location is excellent facing the beach and the staff are all friendly and helpful. liked how it was across from the beach all inclusive entertainment. Pool bar not always staffed, as the lady had other things to attend to, but while she was attending to these things people had to wait quite a while for refreshments. Also while this was happening the only other bar, was always closed. So inconvenient at times. Also lack of accessibility to pool lounge and surrounding areas is poor. In fact if you are a wheelchair user this access is non existent!. minor issue but the coffee in the machines is not good. was noisey at times with a crowd of women and they were not told to be less noisey so because of this we would not return. not many snacks between meal times, Room overlooked a neighboring building, I asked for sea view,. The food was a bit repetitive. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Shower sometimes did not work correctly. NO TV. You have to pay for everything which in other hotels are included in the room rate, for example you have safety box in the room but for using that you need special key and you have to pay for it! even refrigerator, kettle, TV!!, whatever except your bed and bathroom!! believe it! in my opinion, even though we did not need any of them, but it is somehow non-respectful for their guests! also do not forget to carry your pillows if you are sensitive about your sleeping comfort :). Not much space around the pool. No hairdryer in room, rental of 10 euro each week. Dirty hotel including bed linen, bad food, stale drinks, rude staff dislike you if you want to complain, broken shower. A 3* hotel is average but we found this one a very low average 3* in every point.
