We got a great deal -The Staff were very friendly and very helpful.. The Hotel is not a 5 star rating but it is a very good 4 star ... i tried to book again for May but the prices had shot through the off..but i could not say anything negitive about the hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to junior suite. Excellent buffetmania evening dinner..great choice service and quality ..superb. This is fantastic value in Jan. We were lucky with weather too.

Being treated like V.I.P.s. We got a top floor room with private jacuzzi on the roof. Very nice swimming pool (although might not be good for guest with kids). The room was a real escape very relaxing.The staff were attentive and friendly.Breakfast choice and quality was outstanding. The comfort of having a suite for all of us to stay in, and the locality of the hotel to the beach. No atmosphere. positioned further out of the centre than your web site suggested. For a 5-star hotel, the finishing touches were terrible. We asked to change rooms after the air conditioning made terrible noises through the night and we were unable to sleep with the balcony doors open due to the traffic noise. The bathrooms look pleasant enough but our shower was falling out of the wall, there were cracked tiles and lots of limescale around the bath. some rooms and hotel back on to very busy road. staff not very friendly. No king bed available. We booked this hotel because of the Spa, and then was told it was closed Christmas Day so we only stayed one night instead of two. It would be helpful to put on the Hotel web page that the Spa is closed for Christmas. Cramped bathroom,Awkward shower,No bath plug and then one that did not fit,No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes.the description of rooms and services is wrong or at leat misleading - photo shows a room with seaview but when we asked for sea view we were told that those were rooms of other category and would cost more. Hotel has no inddor pool other than the small pool in the Spa which cannot be accessed with children and costs extra (30 EUR for a "circuit" of 1.15h) - nothing of this is noted on letsbookhotel.com. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom properly. The shower was brokenand the air conditioner was so noisy we had to ask to be moved afterthree sleepless nights. We were asked if we wanted compensation, thenoffrered a free Spa, but when we attempted to change the arranged timewere advised we had to give 24 hours notice, which we could not at thetime, so had to forego the offer.

How to reach The Hotel Imperator Guadalpin Marbella & Spa from Málaga The Hotel Imperator Guadalpin Marbella & Spa is located at kilometre 179 on the road CN 340, in Boulevard Príncipe Alfonso de Hohenlohe, in the middle of the Golden Mille, at few metres from the most luxurious and prestigious international boutiques and the beach and close to the Marbellas Congress Palace. To reach the hotel, read the following instructions: Take the Higway AP7 or the road A7 (the old CN 340 direction Cádiz) so you can access to the Toll motorway. Take the exit to Nagüeles (nº 182). Cross the bridge and drive down the Boulevard Ashmawi until arriving a traffic-lights, next to a BP petrol station and turn left direction Marbella down town. Pass a LIDL supermarket you will see on the right and go into the following BP petrol station. Go straight on to get the hotel.
