Location of hotel was excellent, less than 3 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean, maid came everyday to change towels/bed etc. Superior location, very well run hotel, great facilities, ultra clean, nearly new room and linen with luxury finish. excellent location for beach, restaurants and nightlife. clean hotel. helpful staff. value for money. Close to the beach and shops. Nice pool. Relaxing areas within the hotel.

Facilities & security. *The rooms were grand with a big balcony *Some nice little bars in Lloret de mar. Location is perfect, security at the entrance at night. can hear other doors banging loudly early hours of the morning. Pretty much flawless. Too noisy inside the hotel. Although rooms were soundproofed which stopped a lot of outside noise, the noise from revellers returning to their rooms at all hours of the night was not good. Un peu vieillot mais propre. the food was not good. Balcony view- the hotel calls it "Garden" but it's internal unpleasant hall. Nothing that worried me. If I were really picky. Better shampoo at and better quality towels. But none of this ruined a wonderful stay. Uncomfortable beds,lack of kettle,iron etc in rooms considering its a 4 star hotel,entertainment was geared towards elderly groups,tourist tax as its a 4 star,breakfast was continental only. The taste of the food is not appropriate for a four star hotel. And lack of amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc... For three days in a room is cleaned once. Butts in the morning, wash basin. Bar worker who speaks Russian talking on rude. The hotel does not correspond to four stars, a maximum of three stars. No irons and kettles in the room. I have left my jacket in the wardrobe and called hotel next day and of course housekeeping not found anything. Good housekeeper always should report any staff found in the room and if client want to they suppost to sending back. Poor meals very cheap products,a lot of fat!. *FOOD!!!!! *STAFF!!!! *Value for money *Swimming pool location *Being moved from a 4star to a 3 star for dinner *No way 4 star rating is accurate. Noisy, dirty, impolite staff, poor wi-fi(for money), a/c only for money. Not 4*!!! Minimum 3*, or even 2*. Pool is almost on the noisy street, dirty, overcrowded.
