Best pension in Spain I've ever been to. Run by a 3 generation
family, you can get a sense of feeling at home. Very clean, bed linings
changed daily. Spacious bathroom. Washbasin and tv in the room.
Beautiful Andalusian style patio inside. Key to the front door provided
so you can get in as late as you want. Breakfast included, a selection
of pates, cereal, marmolade, butter plus bread, croissants, muffins,
real fruit juice - as much as you want. Tea and coffee available all day

Super friendly welcome from Susanna and Paco. Basic hotel with
everything you need. Great breakfast with super coffee. Price is just
fantastic for what you get. Secure parking at only €5 per night. Very
clean, everywhere. Central location. Very comfortable. Shared bathroom
was not a problem. Homely atmosphere. What more could you want from a
budget hotel. We would stay there again anytime! Just simply brilliant!.
Staff were exceptional and couldn´t do enough to help us. Rooms were
very clean as were the bathrooms. Breakfast was included in the price
and although basic was plentiful and could not ask for more. Location
was fantastic. If you need a place to stay in Jerez so that you can
leave your car and walk the city and want something that is really
Spanish then this is the place.
This is a very nice, clean, good located pension..The lady owner spoke very good englisch, gave a lot of information, even helped me to pick up my car somewhere in the city to park it in their garage..every morning a good breakfest with good dark bread,pate,juices,butter,jam..in one word...perfect!!.
Truly beautiful house veru close to main square Plaza del Arenal and main downtown sights and restaurants.
Susana and Paco were really good hosts and helped us in anything we needed.
Breakfast is ver well served with toasts (very tasty breads), jelly, pathes as well as coffee and milk.
It was one of the best, if not the best budget hotels I have ever stayed. Susana and Paco - the most friendlies people, they even helped me to find a parking for my car when I arrive at 1am. If I would ever come back to Jerez I know exactly where to stay - Pensión San Martín!!!.

available for 5 euros per night. Unbeatable location close to the main
square and good tapas bars.
They offer a really great and confortable stay. You are welcomed as a family member by the staff in a tipical Andaluzia Palace, with really nice breakfast and instalations for an affordable price. I'd come back any time.
Clean room and spacious bathroom. However shower is in bathtub. Very friendly owners who provided us with name of good tapas restaurant (Meson del Asador) and they brought us to the private parking (E5 per day).
It is a family run hotel where the couple who run were very friendly and helpful.
The standard of the hotel was very good considering the low price we paid for it.

the staff was very helpful and caring.
A bit cold at night in the winter - we had to pinch a heater from the
bathroom for the night - but I'm sure they will provide something if
you ask. No self-catering kitchen, you wouldn't cook there. However,
there's a microvave and toasters and a kettle.
Not a single thing.
Only very minor issue was the road noise from our room. If you are in
one of the front rooms then you may find it a little noisy but this
wouldn´t stop me booking here again.

Non ensuite rooms share a bathroom amongst 4 rooms, but the staff
managed to keep the bathroom super clean.
On arrival the room smelled not fresh. Safe parking available but it'll take a 10 minutes walk.
We ended up in a room with no outside window where the ventilation was poor and it was quite hot inside. But it was quite cheap and otherwise good money/value ratio so I am not really complaining and recommend it anyway for all the other pros.
