Clean, great value for money, very good location. Price is good, considered that you're 5 minutes walking to Plaza Bab el Rambla and 15 minutes to central square of Granada. Location: central, walking distance to all main city interets - if you have a car, check out for nearest parking in advance because it is not easy to find, streets are pedonal or one way direction. Good value for money.
