  My experience at the hotel was everything and more than i expected. From the friendly staff, to the luxurious and spacious Villa, i can without a doubt say, this has been by far the best "home-away-from-home" establishment i have ever visited.Despite the fact that there arent any activities within the hotel, my friends and i still loved every mome... what people say » nt we spent there.... The ocean view was breathtaking, air so fresh, this sure was thee perfect getaway destination and certainly the best destination - We left a cable behind and they called us to say it was left behind. A small item was important to them.

  Stayed here for 2 nights as a stopover for our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was awesome, try get rooms 10 - 15 as they are the most private. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. - The tents were nice.

  We only arrived at the resort at 7pm on date of arrival and we were very tired as we had done Sani Pass before arriving. Our check in was not very welcoming but the staff at the tavern welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. They understood that we were tired and hungry and saw to us quickly. That was exceptional service. It was relax... what people say » ing and pleasing to know that the children were being entertained whilst we were either relaxing by the pool side or during the hikes. We loved going - The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us and tend to our needs. The facilities were awesome and met our expectations. The resort was easy to find and the security as well as staff made the check in and check out very comfortable and easy.

  My God what a place to stay! We arrived quite late in the dark and woke to the most incredible views on the planet! Food is fantastic, staff are really friendly and helpful. Loved, loved loved our stay here. Great place to stay with kids as there are little farm animals, pool and playground and they organise lots of kids activities! Very romantic ... what people say » for couples too! Was definately a highlight to our trip. Big yes recommendation from us!! - We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Champagne Castle Hotel. It is in a beautiful setting with so many enjoyable walks direct from the hotel gardens. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to any of our friends and family who may visit the Drakensberg.
