  The hotel building design and construction are beautiful. The service and staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Parking facilities were excellent - Well positioned for facilities within walking distance. If group tour type accomodation required, then this suitable.

  The location is wonderful, and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect. The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast. The spa right next door is a bonus and a must visit if you're having a relaxing weekend. - Excellent pool deck wit... what people say » h stunning views.   We had a wonderful stay at Tonquani. Staff were friendly and welcoming, we were upgraded to a luxury cabin which had everything we could ask for. We marvelled at the wild guinea pigs! Would recommend a stay here to anyone. - The staff were phenomenal!! Always smiling and ready to help. Extremely attentive. Loved it!
