It is an outstanding hotel, one of the finest in the world. Service is the best I have ever received at a hotel. We liked everything! Amazing hotel And staff. Perfect place to stay in CapeTown. Fantastic customer service Value for money. Managed our arrival very well. There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Room was odd shape with worn fittings and unstylish decor. Hotel dining room unable to seat us in main area for dinner so pushed off to corridor table called "The Library". Common areas like pool and Library unable to accomodate numbers of guests.

From the Cape Town International Airport: - Travel past the airport building on the left and follow the exit signs; - Continue under the bridge; - From the left, join the N2 motorway, continue travelling along the N2 and pass the golf course and river on the left; - Follow the Stad / City N2 M3 signs. Keeping to the middle or right lanes; - Follow the N2 / City / Foreshore / Seapoint signs; - Continue on Motorway 7 and follow the M6 Coen Steytler / Seapoint / Waterfront sign; - Travel in the right-hand lane and continue following the above-mentioned sign - the harbor will be on the right, CT City and International Convention Centre on the left; - At the traffic lights, turn right, stay in the middle or left lanes and follow the 'Waterfront' signs; - At the next set of traffic lights, continue straight and enter the V&A Waterfront - A Caltex fuel station will be on the right; - Keep travelling in the right-hand lane. Near the traffic circle, the road will split into 3 lanes: the left lane will lead to the Waterfront Shopping Centre the middle lane (the one to be in) will lead to Cape Grace and the right-hand lane will take you to the Clock Tower; - Follow the middle lane around half the circle and take the exit marked West Quay. Cape Grace will soon be visible.
