  Loved this house, stayed in small upstairs apartment, parking in front, great breakfast delivered by host upon request (felt so spoiled). Service was more than excellent.   Fantastic trip!! I Loved my stay at pension union, highlighted by brothers who run it. The room was spotless and large and the breakfast was fantastic! Me & my girlfriend stayed here for two days as we explored bled and went on a tour of the emelald river and had a great time. Perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the lake. A family run hotel with two brothers being front-of-house, and their father playing the piano in the restaurant when we were there. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking at the hotel was nearby and free. Restaurant served good food. An ideal stop-over place for us - we will be returning in future.

  The B&B style house meant that we could use their full kitchen (with every utensil & servingware & appliance that our home has) to prepare a bbq dinner and breakfast the next morning. There are bikes & scooters to borrow, so we went on a family ride to the nearby lake. The creek with tiny waterfall in the backyard was lovely and fun for our kids to watch. They had games to play with - fo - The Millhouse is a beautifully renovated 300 year old flour mill. It's in an excellent location in a tiny village close to Bled. Paul and Dorthe are exceptional hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking the lovely peaceful garden, which has a small waterfall and river running through it.   Hostess (Nina) was friendly and helpful. She gave us a map and pointed out local restaurants and attractions, especially Vintnar Gorge, which we had not heard about but really enjoyed. Location is wonderful - just five minutes from the lake. Bus stop is only five minutes from there, main bus station is the same distance as the lake. I would recommend it to everyone.

  we loved everything! Bled was a last min add on to our trip, so we only had one day there, how we wish we had more time! It could be a bit challenging to find the place, but that happened to almost every hotel and B&B we stayed in the trip across Slovenia, Italy and Croatia, so we were kind of used to it.   We come every year with my University of Utah students from Vienna for a weekend in June and they love it. Wonderful owner, mother and two grown daughters who run the place. Anita (owner) picked us up from Bled Union on the day of our arrival from Ljubljana and gave us tips on local Bled attractions and also helped arrange a taxi on the day of our departure. (there are no street lights heading - The apartment was more then we expected for what we needed. It was quit and surrounded by beautiful mountains . It was a 15 min walk to town and very easy to get in and out to the sites and restaurants. When we travel it is to see the sites and at the end of the day relax and rest up for the next day. Sitting on the balcony at night and in the mornings was great and listening to the coockos and the owls was awesome and relaxing. Just what we needed and a great value.

  This place was amazing!!! The room was super nice and very clean. The bathroom must have just been redone because it was very new looking. The owner was beyond nice and accommodating. She allowed us to keep our car parked there after check out so we could continue exploring before we had to leave. She greeted us with water and a welcome drink!
