Excellent hotel, with modern and spacious rooms, professional and friendly staff, exceptional location, and great value for money! Although not centrally located, it takes no more than two minutes to get to the old town, and that can be done using the hotel's complimentary Rolls Royce shuttle. A tram station is also available right across the street. If you're looking for luxury in Bratislava, this is the place to be. I particularly recommend a massage at the rooftop spa.
all reviews » We booked for the room with river view which is cosy and awesome. The hotel is so clean also the staffs are very friendly and competent (english, german perfect!). Nice breakfast & also river restaurant. Fitness facilities are excellent! The Spa & pool are perfect for relaxing! Location is perfect! Awesome stay! Would absolutely recommend!. Everything was perfect-friendly staff,great SPA (open until 23), very good breakfast, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I love the Rolls-Royce free trip to the centre( every day you can enjoy one free trip with this luxury car ). I strongly recommend this hotel!!!. The receptionist suggested booking using Internet as they cannot offer a better price when you book directly in person. No porter while we arrived,we had to take all our luggage by our own. Choice of food for breakfast and in executive lounge. Restaurant not open in the afternoons. nothing. The service at the spa was terrible.houskeeping was of that day. New location under costruction. Very poor breakfast selection,having asked for a ham and cheese omlette the chef replied"im sorry we dont have any ham will bacon do" Otherwise acceptable!. The breakfast needs uplift.
