  We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there ... what people say » and made me feel a bit uncomfortable asking for my daily omelette because she was frowning every morning!). At the end of our stay I needed to print s - This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again
