Room is very small, that's true, but it's Singapore, that's how it is here. I've slept before in bigger, more expensive hotels here, and it was not worth it. We had room with a window, so we were lucky, but in Singapore you just sleep in the room, you have so many things to do outside it's not worth paying more for bigger room. The room was very clean, staff super friendly, localization almost perfect, nothing to complain.

The room doesn't have window. The floor mat is not an absorbent type. Unable to differentiate between body soap and shampoo - poor container. We had a room without window. Had a cracked toilet seat which pinched my skin behind thigh and caused bleeding. Could not change toilet seat so had to change room. Rooms are TOO small and so called Deluxe does not even have a cupboard. TV remote did not work until swapped over. Cleaning staff are not flexible in their duties and room was left uncleaned/unmade. It's very noisy early in the morning, may be from the cleaning service or guest. Tiny room. Very small rooms without windows, so it's difficult to move even if you are just 2 persons in the room. The hotel was hard to find. Charge of SGD 30 for early check-in (around 11am) and damp smell in the room. The wall is very thin too. Facility is quite limited. ie: Television channels, no shampoo in my room. wifi coverage very poor inside the room. Not clean and smelly. Bed only has 1 pillow, can add in extra pillows. Tv has no channel 5. Towels are not good, didn't absorb wetness. Can provide face towels. No bathrobe or slippers. Check in time should be at 2pm instead of 3pm. Cleanliness - I found a lipstick mark on the mug Location - is far from MRT station. No minibar room is too small to moved around. What didn't I like is the Room soundproofing system is really poor, when people walk around or talking at the midnight also can hear clearly. The staff not so friendly!. Rooms without windows were a big surprise. Fills like you stuck in a dark cave. Shower over the toilet seat - no comments. This must be the biggest rip off hotel in all of Singapore $160aud for 1 night and not much better than a backpackers tiny room no window request some glasses to be sent to the room only to be told they don't have any was sent coffee mugs and advised by the staff to wash them before use.This hotel is the worst value for money I have ever stayed in. The only good thing is the room was clean. Dirty, smell,. Room is small and no window. Soundproofing was poor at this hotel room, corridors a little sound can be heard clearly. House keepers started cleaning and loud chatting in the corridors at 9 o'clock in the morning. I don't want to get up early, but the noise wakes me up every morning!!! Are arranged in 5 floor, wifi not available!!! Next time go to Singapore will not be staying at this hotel anymore. room was very small for the price. the shower/toilet situation was a joke. the bathroon stunk of sewage.
