The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

The moment we arrived the staff where so friendly and helpful and this
continued through until the day we left. Special thanks to Ace Tan and
Lee Lay Ying for surprising my Mum on her birthday with a lovely basket
of flowers and not forgetting the Breakfast Staff especially Jun who my
Mum enjoyed chatting to in Malay...very pleasant team of staff
throughout. The Apartment and facilities where excellent and the

The staff we really good, everytime we call for anything they would cone immediatly. The helped us with finding taxi, movie ticketing and many more. Great place for family with kids. very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it.
