The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I really liked the location and the decoration in the hall and in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and available. The bed was really comfortable and the room as well as the rest of the hotel's shared spaces were very clean. They didnt have an elevator but there were electric escalators, which seemed like a nice idea! Bottled water included in room. Even thought they did not offer breakfast there were some great local breakfast places close by.

My husband and I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping her name is "MUNI" she was very helpful, courteous and if we had a problem concerning our room she went out of her way to get the problem resolved.Thank you Muni for making our stay at Santa Grand Hotel very pleasant. I would say it was very convenient to find Adler hostel, just minutes of walk from Chinatown MRT Stop. The moment i step into Alder hostel, i was being welcomed with a big smile and immediately you will notice the decor of the lobby was very European style(or at least i think it is) and the lobby was filled with rose fragrant smell. 女子のみの8人部屋に一人で滞在しました。旅慣れてないので不安もありましたが、クチコミどおり綺麗で、スタッフの方が優しく迎えてくれました。場所は駅から徒歩3分くらい。キャリーバッグがあっても大丈夫です。入口は細い階段で2階が受付になっています。英語が出来なくてもスタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくれたので困ることはなかったです。
部屋は冷房付でベッド下にカードキー付のロッカーがそれぞれあり、キャリーバッグも入りました。シャワーとトイレも綺麗で6コずつくらいあり気を使わず入れます。お湯もちゃんと出ます。ドライヤーもあり、バスタオルは2ドルで借りれました。
私はオーストラリア人3人と香港人2人と相部屋になり、日本語を話せる子がいたので英語の出来ない私でも色々話せて楽しかったです。
ベッドはオープンなので足元が丸見えですが、思ったより気にならず、布団をかぶってしまえば平気です。
冷房対策として長袖パジャマがいいと思います。
WiFiは受付でパスワードを教えてもらい問題なく接続できます。
朝食は自分でパンなど焼いて食べるようですが、私は時間がなかったのでジュースだけ飲んでコップを洗って置いておきまし
