  I'm so impressed by the employees who are so professional, friendly and thoughtful. Although I booked through letsbookhotel.com, the offered me an upgrade from the presidential suite to the Royal suite -without even asking- We arrived at 6 am while check in time is 4 pm so they offered us a nice room to rest until it is our check-in time. The food... what people say » is so good as well as the drinks (loved their coffee in all versions latte or cappuccino, etc … they also offered few free things with our orders lik - I'm glad that I choose to stay at Raffles Makkah Palace and I honestly can't say that there was anything I was not happy with. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite's panoramic view of the Kabba is far beyond description. The suite was larger than we expected, it was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we experienced a high level of service from the staff. The bell staff was smart, professional and helpful, the fr
