The best choice durring Ramadan or high season time. Near from Haram (4 min walk) and clean with reasonable price.

The value for money for the location being near the holly mosque. Clean and neat.

The up hill climb and the area cleanness. The surprise request to pay cash on arrival and blocking the room access card daily although payment done in advance for all nights.

Very close to haram, only 7minutes away

The hotel on a maintain, one has to climb 80 steps to reach from Haram for elderly people not at all suitable. While booking for 10th July to 14th July you said the room will be bigger, but they give us a small room, they allot the same room for two different guest and they were coming and disturbing us at early hours 1.30am. We stayed total 10 days, all these days only once room was cleaned and linen were changed

The facilities are adequate and the staff responsive.

The height/elevation one is made to climb always between the major road(Ibrahim Khalil) and the Hotel was disappointing. Lack of complimentary meal was a major setback. The description of the Hotel without any emphasis on the elevation looks deceptive

Very close to Masjid Al Haram. Excellent value for money. The reception was flexible with our requests. We managed to change rooms within a short period. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel description should have mentioned that wi-fi is only available in the hotel's lobby. The hotel is on an incline so the older guests might find it challenging to get to.

Its location is very hard for families and old people because it's located on a very high hill that requires young people and not so many carryings

The hotel up a hill. It was a bit difficult to find. You can usually get taxis in front of the hotel or walk down the road to get one. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the haram. Great for a short/solo/backpacker trip.

I do not suggest this for older guests as the hotel up the hill and can be quite exhausting after performing the rituals.

You have to go up some stares to get to it so it's not god for old people.

The price was reasonable and the that's one of the reasons I choose the hotel.

The hotel is built on the side of a mountain, so each time you leave the hotel you we're going on a hiking trip up and down the mountain. Also, make sure that in your room your bathroom toilet does not face the same direction as the pray direction.....so haram.

Close to Haram about 500 metres away but on a steep hill, not good if you are not fit or are old. Clean hotel in good order.

Very basic service. Can't pay with credit cards, they don't have a card terminal machine you have to have cash, poor choise of food in the room service menu (there were only 2 choices!). The hotel was on a steep hill, not suitable for unfit or old people. Not a lot of parking. There was no menu in the room had to get one sent. Ordered water for room service but it never arrived.

Very slow service I recived the room with used spoon that have honey marks and still sticky The hotel is located on top of a small mountain will kill u to climp for it since the road and staires are very long and high to reach it

Location on hill, you need to climb up around 200 feet very steep. If some one old or heart patient, must not choose this hotel. Beds were small sized Bathing area was insufficient

It is on very steep hill and i don't recommend it for elderly or small kids families. rooms are too small and on top of staff is not professionally trained. I am not sure why Saudis believe that people coming from Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, and India would know Arabic. why can't hotel admin put bi-lingual staff. incompetency can be compensated with training and humble attitude.

location is very awkward ,rather up hill ,looking through window it is 200 m away ,but walking up hill takes 20 minutes from haram ,especially in hot afternoon it is killing ,please corect location on map ,so it does not misguide people ,they are actually overcharging for this location

I believe it's new. A lot of renovation still in progress. Dust everywhere and not clean up by the cleaners. A bit expensive base on the condition of the hotel.dont like it tht much. Not for old folks coz they need to climb a hill to get to the htl. About 80meters climb and a 10% drop when u want to go to the main street.

It'a very frustrating when u dont bring enough cash and hoping that you can used your credit card. They dont accept credit card and the reason was..owh, credit card machine failure. That is unacceptable coz they cant used it for 2 days.

I asked about rate on arrival & answer was 350. I said booking warranty cheapest , answered your booking is for couple and 350 is the rate for single. Strangely I arrived after midnight, they started to find out room with double bed to suit my booking & I had to go with one person from hotel who opened 4 rooms to find one with 2 beds to offer it for me.

here on pilgrimage to Mecca , if elderly & people with heart condition , will never recommend this hotel it's on a hill top shortcut to haram yes 650 Meters walk but steps to take down & up more then 8 storeys , shuttle service to haram lousy left waiting ,front desk staff & manager careless no courtesy arrogant
